The catalog opens with these words of the great and beloved artist was born in Gorizia in 1909: "I would like to be remembered as a gentle breeze." Thinking back to his mark very slight and yet so penetrating, along with friends with whom painters I visited the exhibition at Palazzo Franchetti, I made some drawings with mixed media. The design you see here comes from a free reworking of one of his portraits.
