Black And Leopard Skin Inside Pram

student protest

These days, our country is in turmoil because of the Gelmini decree, Minister of Education. So it seemed appropriate to put a statement in front of your eyes widespread network of students across Italy, which seek to clarify the situation a little. I leave it to you readers about it every consideration. Leave comments and write your review. I think this topic deserves a minimum of your attention, because it concerns the state in which we live and affects every citizen, student or not, regardless of class, party or ideology. Thanks.

"Dedicating just five minutes of your day to read this mini-information leaflet will try to make you understand what's happening these days in our country and because it shows ... then you can get your personal opinion on it. We will in fact be realized the confusion that has broken out in Italian schools and universities in this period, and many still ask the fuss caused by the phantom Gelmini decree (which, however, here we treat only those aspects which concern the universities and schools primary), on which we have said everything and its opposite. On us we have said everything and more: Communist troublemakers, lazy, instruments in the hands of politicians and community centers ... The truth is that these spontaneous protests have neither the flag nor color, and born outside groups or ideologies, we are only free to students, teachers and researchers who are trying to make their voices heard to those who refuse to hear it! Then we try to put some clarity into this mess, without lies and manipulations. The one shown below is the original text of the DL, for the true transcript only in some places, the ones in our opinion the most salient.

Law August 6, 2008, No. 133
'into law, with amendments, Decree-Law of 25 June 2008, n. 112, entitled "Urgent provisions for economic development, simplification, competitiveness, the stabilization of public finance and tax equalization '

published in the Official Gazette No. 195, 21 August 2008 - Suppl. No Ordinary 196

Article 16. Faculty transformation of universities into foundations
1. In implementation of Article 33 of the Constitution, [ ...] public universities can decide their transformation into private foundations. The act of processing and 'adopted by the Senate by an absolute majority and is' approved by the Minister of Education, University and Research, in consultation with the Minister of Economy and Finance. The transformation operates from 1 January of the year following the adoption of the resolution.

Article 66. Turn over
7. The second paragraph of Article 102 3 of Law 24 December 2007, n. 244, and 'replaced by' For the years 2010 and 2011, the government referred to in Article 1, paragraph 523 of 27 December 2006, n. 296, may, for each year, with the actual performance of procedures for mobility, the recruitment of permanent staff within the limits of a contingent of personnel corresponding to a total expenditure equal to 20 percent of that staffing in the year ended previous year. In each case the number of unit personnel to be hired can not exceed, for each year, 20 percent of the units cease the previous year.

[snip ...]

9. For the year 2012, the government referred to in Article 1, paragraph 523 of 27 December 2006, n. 296, may, upon actual performance of procedures for mobility, the recruitment of permanent staff within the limits of a contingent of personnel corresponding to a total expenditure of 50 per cent of that relating to employees who terminated during the previous year. In each case the number of unit personnel to be hired can not exceed 50 percent of the units cease the previous year.

13 .[...] In relation to the provisions of this subsection, the legislative authorization in Article 5, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Law of 24 December 1993 537, concerning the fund for the financing of the universities, and 'reduced by € 63.5 million for the year 2009 of EUR 190 million for the year 2010 of € 316 million for the year 2011, € 417 million for the year 2012 and € 455 million from the year 2013.

the face of all the media and politicians that ensure that this law will not affect the university ... well, you just read to understand that this is not! Article 16, for example, in paragraph 1 provides an opportunity for universities, with the assent of the Senate, privatization: this raises two fundamental consequences: the first is that tuition fees will increase dramatically, decide how much should the private entity, excluding de facto university education who can not afford to pay 4000, 5000, 10000 € a year. The second is that teachers and researchers, as employees of private individuals will be hired for simple appointment, without a legal contest. The government that one part takes issue with the loafers calling for greater meritocracy, in this case seems to have forgotten the criterion of merit, making it possible to study only the wealthy and allowing appointments without competition, but through networks of acquaintances and friendships (... and we all know the Italians malpractice in this area ...).

As Article 66 concerns the law in practice orders a hiring freeze, which will be replaced by one place every 5 retirement, up to 2011, while in the year to follow the ratio rises to 1:2. This means fewer people ovviamnte, ie less hours, less available to the student teachers, fewer people employed in research labs, study rooms and libraries open to sob, when it closed! The aim of the government, and has openly declared the minister Gelmini, you pay less salary, because according to the Government the number of staff in Italian universities is disproportionately high compared to the students. The truth is that in larger EU countries the ratio of the number of students per teacher is much lower than in Italy, not to mention the personnel involved in research and mentoring of students, in which our country stands out for its inadequacy right now! Finally, Article 66 provides for cutting funds for the ongoing financing of universities (FFO), colossal proportions [...] This will therefore lead to a cut of FFO of over EUR 1.4 billion, which is not would say just a trifle. The Minister said that this cut is necessary because the Italian university waste mountains of € when in fact many would be enough if the management was less virtuous but this is a resounding false. Given that the management of resources in the Italian university system is not so wise, it nonetheless made clear that EU spending for state universities and research a proportion of GDP is on average more than 5%, while in Italy only 3 touches %: this would rather suggest that the need is to increase investment in this sector rather than cut them. Gelmini argues also among the reasons that as recently as 2001, graduate courses in Italy were 2500, while in just seven years rose to more than 5000, maybe the Government have short memories and do not remember that this happened because of Moratti reform (now Minister right in 2001), which marked the advent of the famous 3 +2, tearing in fact the value of the first degree, and that led to this dreadful multiplication of two-year courses of specialization. And maybe the government (same time) do not even remember that the system created by him and now he declares bankruptcy, students and teachers was already strongly opposed, but as usual they were not listened and now we do not intend attend a new collapse, even deeper than before, and we ask that at least this time our voice is heard, that the ruler, whoever he is, stop a moment to listen to what we have to say too! Yes, because among other things we were accused Ms minister of scanzafatiche be protesting bias, fomented largely by the political forces of the left, and did not want to even look for the box. Who does not seek dialogue, however, is the government, since this measure has been taken by a law (which is normally used for interim relief, and not for broader reforms), thus avoiding parliamentary debate el 'agreement with the person in question (the university). What we ask ourselves, however, it is a dialogue: we know the limits of our universities, from the point of view of both administrative and economic structure, and we are the first to want a change of the sort, but the reality is that there is still no reform, but only a cut in expenditures. All this because the law is part of the new financial and signed by Tremonti, and therefore does not arise aims to reform the universities, but to recover as much money as possible at this time of deep economic crisis, the government says that Money does not exist anymore, so cuts the university! But took over (in fact, has agreed to cover) of Alitalia 1.2 billion of debt just to have it remain in the hands of four entrepreneurs penniless (but ITALIAN!) And without the project, has just allocated more than 3 billion euro for the Milan Expo in 2015, and short-speak (as he announced the same Tremonti) to recapitalize banks: why bank for entrepreneurs and the state has all this money and leverage them to students and researchers almost as a punishment?

WE ARE NOT THE PROBLEM, WE ARE THE SOLUTION! "

Can Running Too Much Affect Your Period

returning from Budapest Budapest

Hello everyone! It 's a little bit that I'm not writing this because I have been a few days in Budapest along with other friends Monteleonesi. The city is really beautiful both from the artistic point of view, both from the standpoint of folklore and also the prices are much lower than those of other European capitals. Budapest is split into two parts by the Danube (the second largest river in Europe with its 2800 km long) on \u200b\u200bthe left bank lies the oldest Buda, the hilly area where there is the great royal palace and all the buildings are characteristic of time passed. The right bank, however, called Pest, is characterized by more modern buildings and tourist structures (such as Vaci utca full of souvenir shops), but is also home to the wonderful House that overlooks the Danube and the Church of Santo Stefano . Then with regard to the kitchen Hungarian Goulash is a dish, a meat soup with paprika really good. I mean a really nice place, but unfortunately the long period of the communist regime marked the Hungarian population heavily, so that even today he can see the consequences (such as poverty and social exclusion). However, our Monteleonesi found themselves very well and spent four days in the beautiful Hungarian capital. The youngest, then spent the holiday with fun and especially if you have made merry in the evening. Unfortunately, time is really flying and the holiday is soon over. Thus we have all resumed their activities and are due back to life everyday ... even though the fabulous trip to Budapest will be unforgettable!

Free Music Scores For Piano Kate Nash

Murderess!

These days everyone is getting a little 'strange. People seem more aggressive than usual and their violence has also affected the behavior of animals. The species most affected by this influence seems to be dogs, which in our country, long ago, are developing an unprecedented brutality. In fact what happened a few days ago confirming that. Poor Veronica Angelini has been the victim of aggression by a dog. The unfortunate girl was returning home with his scooter, when suddenly a German shepherd approached the bite and has a calf. Fortunately the dog, after a big bite, he let go and he left, and Veronica had to resort to a bite to avert the danger of tetanus infection. The culprit is the dog of the violence of his cousin Ivan, before biting the victim, he was reprimanded for what he had done, though perhaps the animal deserved a more severe penalty. Veronica was very much frightened by the incident and revealed to our microphones: "I've never been afraid of dogs so far, I had never been bitten ... I had a terrible fear !!!". This case, in addition, to cause concern to Veronica a bit 'more dogs, I serve as an example to all those who have a dog, especially if a certain size: I recommend it if you plan to keep a dog, Teach for good and never allow anyone to bite. People often, in fact, decided to become a dog, regardless of the commitment it represents. A dog is a bit 'as a child: we must care for and grow it in the best way to avoid that it becomes an aggressive animal. So if you're not going to devote this attention, you'd better buy you a fish or a parrot .... well at least not to cause damage to other people! Thanks .... Hoping that these events never happen again, El Machico greets readers!

Josef Seibel Shoes Chicago

For a special friend ....

Although the summer is almost over, the autumn is proving to be full of events and surprises, sometimes unexpected ... and sometimes even unpleasant! In fact, last Friday our Dear Brina was the victim of a traffic accident, because of which he was admitted to hospital in Spoleto. Fortunately the next day was able to return home, even if it is still shabby. The accidental collision with a vehicle that has earned him a concussion, a sprained wrist and injuries to both knees (on the left knee were applied points). Despite the violent impact, the head seems to bear, and doctors described him as "out of danger." Now, however, waiting for him there is a tedious convalescence for a while 'will prevent him from going out too often from home and make him limp. The wrist is a big problem, because for several days will not be able to work. For this reason all of us guys Monteleonesi we gather around him, wishing him to return soon to the past. I myself hope that Joseph is put in a hurry, because at Monteleone really need someone so honest that, over time, has earned the respect of many. Unfortunately, so if you can find a few people and, over the years, less and less. A friend like that certainly deserves an article like this and maybe even more ... I recommend you get well soon ... Greetings from El Machico!

PS - AS Monteleone is truly saddened by the loss of his bombers, but it is hoped that the young number 9 back soon to score sensational goals .... See you soon!!
